We had dinner at Steve’s family on Monday, our house on Thursday and my mom and dad’s on Friday. We had plenty of turkey left over for sandwiches during the next week.

The week before Thanksgiving our church put together 200 Christmas bags for children in Mexico. Each bag had such simple things that most children in America would not even think that it was worth getting yet the kids that will recieve it in Mexico will be very exicted to get them.

Our Church was able to help several families with food for Thanksgiving dinner. Making sure that everything was given to the right families kept us busy the week before Thanksgiving. We will try to help some families for Christmas too, so we will be busy all month finding out who really needs the help the most. With Christmas we try to buy the kids in the family some gifts so it take some time to put it all together.
