My dad is a mortage broker and real estate agent for Hawaii and Washington. He lives in Seattle and does business out here in Hawaii when it comes up. Today he is flying in to help my wife and I hopefully purchase our first place.I can’t wait to get all the paperwork going and finalize the deal.
