It has been a nice day here in Washington.  I had the day off from my job at Safeway.  I got up pretty early and baked a Lemon Meringue pie and a pumpkin pie.  Then as I was getting ready to start mixing up Craig Lam’s Ceasar Salad recipe (that I recieved 10 years ago) I saw I had forgotten the parmesan cheese…. so I just had to take advantage of the  dry sky and ride my 2005 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic to town and pick up some cheese and a few other things.  It was a beautiful morning for a ride.  The temperature is still a little cold and the snow level has dropped again but I think Spring might be trying to peek around the corner. We had a nice dinner with too much food and did an egg hunt for the kids.  It was a pretty good day.  Laura D
