Haiku Poem – お正月の雲

New Year’s wind
giant gray clouds fly by
making our rainbows

(Jim Woodhull)
おもい くも しょうがつ の そら にじ に なる

This New Year’s weather was not very good! It rained for almost a week straight and the ocean was rough and also the visibility was very bad. This continued for about two weeks. This type of weather is not unusual since it is our winter season.
