The other day i had a lovely walk by Sydney Harbour with a friend from university. The last time we met in person was a year before due to Corona virus issues and lockdown. Reflecting on 2020 quickly as it draws closer to an end it sure was a strange year with Corana virus pandamic hitting most of the world. My friend Cherie and I caught up about many things such as our past marriages, my family issues (I’m slowly trying to understand and heal from), our children, and womens talk. We walked along the boardwalk behind Luna Park to the beautiful Lavender Bay and back up the hill to North Sydney Station. After a lovely reunion she caught the train home and I met Bali.

　先日、大学の友人とシドニーハーバーで散歩を楽しみました。コロナウイルスによるロックダウンのため、私たちが最後に会ったのは、１年前でした。２０２０年が終わりに近づき、少し振り返ってみると、今年はコロナウイルス感染症が世界のほとんどの国を襲った奇妙な年でした。友人のシェリーとは久しぶりに会って色々話しました。二人が結婚生活を送っていた時のこと。時間をかけて納得し、心の傷を癒そうとしている家族の問題。子供たちのこと。女同士、色々おしゃべりを楽しみました。ルナパークの後ろにある遊歩道から美しいラベンダーベイに行き、丘を上ってノースシドニー駅に戻りました。素敵な再会の後、彼女は電車に乗って家に帰り、私はバリに会いました。
