Last week Bali and I took a long needed short break. Our first stop was a couple of hours north of Sydney to the The Entrance at The Central Coast . It was a glorious experience to get back into the ocean after many months. It was refreshing and healing. Our second stop was a city nearly three hours north of Sydney Newcastle. I really enjoyed a quick stay at the Hill which is a quaint suburb of Newcastle with lovely views and a fun time at the surf beach there. Bali and I took the bus back to Sydney and had a lovely meal with my brother and his family to end our refreshing time away.

　先週、私はずっと取りたいと思っていた短い休暇を息子と一緒に取りました。最初に行った所は、シドニーから北へ数時間の所にあるセントラルコーストのザ・エントランスでした。何ヶ月ぶりかで北の海に戻りました。素晴らしい体験でした。さわやかで癒されました。２番目に訪れた場所は、シドニーから北へほぼ３時間のところにあるニューカッスルと云う町でした。短い滞在でしたが、眺めが良く、趣きのあるニューカッスル郊外にある丘やサーフビーチで楽しい時間を過ごしました。その後、私たちはバスでシドニーに戻り、弟と彼の家族と一緒に素敵な食事をして、さわやかな時間を過ごしました。
