歩行者が威張り散らすか此の町は
ほこうしゃ が いばりちらす か この まち は

In the city of Osaka, people crowd the streets just like in Fujisawa. Drivers blow their horns noisily and shout things like “crazy!” “idiot!” “where are you going?!” “watch out!”, and the cars sometimes look like they’re going to burst right through groups of people.

大阪の町で、藤沢のように車道をのんびり歩いていると、けたたましく警笛を鳴らして、「アホ、ボケ、どこに目、付けとるんじゃ!」と言われ、車が突っ込んで来るような気がしないでもない。。。
