Haiku Poem – 京都嵐山の竹林

(Ben version)
ファンタジー たいよう かくす たけばやし

(Michiko version)
あおば ゆれ てんし の はしご たけばやし

Kyoto has a place called Arashiyama with an amazing bamboo forest. The bamboo grow tall and straight. It seems like the bamboo reach to the sky because the stalks are so tall. Also, the forest is so thick that everywhere looks green and the sun barely peeks through. This place is so quiet and still that you feel close to nature there.
