Haiku Poem – 機内待機

time yawns empty
full plane sits idle
customers eat bitterness

なまあくび きない たいき で おかんむり

Today, I had to take a flight, but the pilot was sick. So, the flight was delayed until a new pilot could appear. Unfortunately, the passengers, myself included, all sat on the plane for over an hour until the replacement pilot arrived. During that time, we were all stuck in our seats. Meanwhile, the airplane did not have the air on so it was hot inside, and we had no water. Many customers were not happy.
