I’m allergic to pollen from the rice family, which includes other grains and grasses. In Japan, cedar pollen allergy is widespread in February and March. As these allergies are dying down in May and June, rice family pollen allergies are reaching their peak. Symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and itchy throat. I was in a wretched condition yesterday when I visited NACOS in Shonan.

However, I then took some allegry medicine that was extremely effective. I had been sneezing over and over, but less than 30 minutes after taking this medicine I was back to normal.

I’m told psychology could have something to do with it, but I’m also sure the medicine I took was extremely effective.
